In a recent Denver Post article, Jon Caldara attacked the current judicial selection process, and applauded Colorado attorney, Frank Azar, for his efforts to campaign against a judge in the 2018 election.
Mike McDivitt drafted a response to the original article, in which he defended our current system for selecting judges. He also emphasized how the judicial branch of government should be the least politicized, and least affected by special interest groups.
