Rebekah Long

Personal Injury Attorney

Attorney Rebekah Long grew up in Texas, but moved around a lot, as she was part of a military family. Rebekah attended the Baylor University for her BA in Philosophy, then attended Notre Dame Law School.

Rebekah was originally studying philosophy in college and was considering pursuing a PhD, but decided to switch directions and attend law school. Ultimately, she knew she wanted to use her skills and knowledge to help people, and make a significant impact on their lives, and law was the perfect path to do that.

“It’s really important to be passionate about what I do. It’s easy to be passionate about fighting against insurance companies,” Rebekah said as she described victims of injuries and accidents. She went on to say, “It feels good to be the one standing up to the insurance companies.”

Rebekah believes that every client and case needs to be treated uniquely, based on what the client’s goals are. Each client has different needs and expectations and Rebekah believes it’s important to sit down with the client and figure out these goals early.

When asked what sets McDivitt Law Firm apart, Rebekah said, “Every single person on the team really cares about the outcome of these cases and what happens to people. We’re counselors, we aren’t just practicing law. We are there to walk people through the process.”

I would like to give Rebekah the best review possible. In my opinion I think she is by far the best attorney I have ever come across. She’s on top of everything that she does. She worked in a very timely manner. She gets the job done. Again thank you ma’am for being so amazing not only to myself but to my children as well. – Angelletta H.
