Alessandra Morales

Personal Injury Attorney

Alessandra Morales always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. As the middle child in a big Italian American family with four siblings, she had to use her voice strategically. She learned a lot about the law early and would warn friends playing with dolls on the playground to look out for hazards that could injure their dolls and result in lawsuits. “At a very early age,” Ale said. “I don’t know if it was TV or imagination or just my personality – but I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer.”

Ale naturally gravitated toward personal injury law because she’s passionate about helping people. “Somebody’s life is stopped by no fault of their own,” she said. “They’re involved in an auto accident or a slip and fall or some sort of event that really impacts their life.” Ale takes pride in being able to help, especially because she’s usually on the side of the “little guy,” protecting him in a lawsuit against a big insurance company.

Ale chose McDivitt Law Firm because she knew it was a strong team of qualified attorneys who look out for their clients’ interests. “We have such a great team,” she said. “There are so many of us and with great numbers you can do great things.”

Ale works closely with her clients to understand their specific circumstances and to build the strongest case possible for each one. “Depending on each client and their needs and personality and where the accident leaves them,” Ale said, “it’s certainly a case-by-case evaluation.”

McDivitt Law Firm is proud to announce that Alessandra has been named as a 2018 Rising Star by the American Institute of Legal Advocates. The AIOLA recognizes attorneys for fighting for their clients while maintaining high legal ethics.
