Workers’ compensation attorney
Aaron S. Kennedy’s family moved to Colorado when he was a young child. He grew up in Pueblo West and studied at the University of Colorado Boulder before going to law school at Michigan State University. His father suggested law for the thoughtful young Aaron when he was still a little boy. “He really planted that seed in my head at a young age,” Kennedy said.
Studying the law challenged Aaron in all the right ways and he fell in love with it. “When I got out of law school I really didn’t know what kind of law I wanted to practice,” he said. He found his way into protecting employees in Workers’ Compensation cases. “I found the work really rewarding,” he said. “And I’ve stuck with it.”
He likes to build relationships with each one of his clients. “Each case and each client is different,” Aaron said. “I like to get a feel for the person and the case so I can determine the best approach.”
Aaron chose the McDivitt Law Firm because of its size and resources. “We’re probably one of the largest, if not the largest, firms in Southern Colorado.” He said that makes McDivitt a recognizable and formidable force against insurance companies.
